Shipping

We ship within the European Union from our studio in the Netherlands. Orders are packed in recycled tissue and dispatched within two business days.

• Standard shipping (EU): €4.95  free on orders over €75.
• Express shipping (EU): €9.95.
• Tracking details are sent by email once your order is on its way.

Your right of withdrawal

As an EU customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our thirty day returns window below is offered in addition to this right and does not replace it.

Returns

You have thirty days from delivery to return any piece that doesn't quite feel right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

• Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are free.
• Returns from other EU countries: €6.95 deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are processed within five business days of receipt.

Gift cards cannot be returned. All other pieces, including reduced items, can be returned under the terms above.
