Shipping
We ship within the European Union from our studio in the Netherlands. Orders are packed in recycled tissue and dispatched within two business days.
- Standard shipping (EU): €4.95 — free on orders over €75.
- Express shipping (EU): €9.95.
- Tracking details are sent by email once your order is on its way.
Returns
You have thirty days from delivery to return any piece that doesn't quite feel right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are free.
- Returns from other EU countries: €6.95 deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed within five business days of receipt.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
If anything arrives damaged or not as described, write to us at care@maellemuse.com within seven days and we'll make it right.
